basic question yall. why is obito at least mhs, for two while keys, while kinshiki is relativistic? obito could blitz all of the fastest characters below him, including sage bijuu mode naruto, ems, edo hashirama, edo minato, edo tobirama, and edo hiruzen, but stays at at least mhs, while kinshiki, who could only keep up with a holding back base sasuke and was still getting hit by two low level kage, is put straight at relativistc?
