The Catachan Barking Toad's poison can handle the Poison Resistances of sealed suits; however, Olimar resisted Gloom from the Smoky Progg, which was initially claimed to be a poison, but Pikmin 4 made it into straight-up Death Manipulation that can kill ghosts, which Olimar can just take normal damage from. If Olimar can handle the Smoky Progg, then he can certainly handle the Catachan Barking Toad.
