Bowser has superior speed, hax, (All OS has in hax here should be freezing and the ability to launch the Dragon Balls and kill them internally, I forgot the specific name for that) and on top of that, he can really screw with him if he messes with the gravity or something, essentially meaning he can ground him out for the fight, a huge disadvantage in the Dragon Ball universe, and he can basically kind of destroy him. This is mostly a speed stomp for Bowser.
