Here are my proposals to give a huge buff to the BIQ of some character of the verse

Dan 100 Feat

In Chapter 707, Hack is presented as a fighter of Fishman Karate and Fishman Jujutsu of Dan 100. It’s not specified which of the two styles this applies to, so it can be assumed to apply to both. In real life, the Dan ranking only goes up to Level 10, so this would qualify as a statement of Extraordinary Genius-level skill. The following characters scale to this:

"Dan 400" Feat

In Chapter 84, Kuroobi mentions that he possesses Dan 40 in Fishman Karate. Sanji then remarks that if that’s Dan 40, Zeff’s kicks should be Dan 400. If we take Sanji’s final statement literally, Sanji, Luffy, and Zoro would scale to that level. Luffy and Zoro for the reasons already said, and Sanji because he managed to develop the Diable Jambe and Ifrit Jambe — techniques far more advanced within the Black Leg style than anything we’ve seen from Zeff. Even if we don’t take Sanji’s statement literally, he would still scale to that level, since his comment implies he doesn’t consider Kuroobi to truly be Dan 40.

Conclutions

  • If we take Sanji statement literally, him, Luffy and Zoro will be scaling to Dan 400, and Jinbe to Dan 100 (Extraordinary Genius)
  • If we DONT take that statement literally, Zoro, Luffy and Jinbe will be scaling to Dan 100, and Sanji to Dan 40 (Extraordinary Genius)

I can understand where you're coming from but based off of this, it's doesn't truly work... You'd need feats (which there definitely are, especially from Zoro and stuff) so yee... It can possibly be used for supports however
Also this statement just says combat ability (戦闘能力) as in fighting power.. Not about battle/fighting skills... In skills however they are both shown relative in BIQ

Unlike general intelligence, combat skill is not ranked on a scale with labels like "Genius" or "Supergenius." Due to the many factors involved, a simple rating system would fail to accurately capture a character's combat proficiency. For instance, it wouldn’t make sense to say someone who can learn any real-world martial art by watching it for a minute is necessarily superior to someone who has mastered a single martial art to a superhuman level. These are different types of skill that can’t be easily compared.

Using one-word ratings for combat skill could lead to misunderstandings, as a higher rating wouldn’t always mean that a character is objectively more skilled than someone with a lower rating. To avoid this confusion and better represent a character's abilities, we omit such ratings.
Pack it up

Ok, i agree with this, but, just being that levels of Dan is a feat by itself lol, and it still exist the feat of G4 Snakeman attacks being unpredictable for Adv Obv Haki
