Well, for the feat in the OP we have visual indication of Kizaru surpassing lightspeed and a statement of acceleration. Neither of which exists for any of Kizaru's previous feats.

Notice how the acceleration part of the OP is only for Kizaru's travel speed. His regular attacks like his kicks are still FTL via scaling. Literally nothing changes other than us now knowing that Kizaru can acceleration to fly faster than light

Luffy kept up with a dozen lasers with only 2 fists at extremely close proximity I would most definitely not say it's faster
