OPM - Atomic Samurai Calculation Question

Hey, just curious since for months I actually never really figured out how this got accepted for Atomic Samurai.
The calculation I'm specifically referring to is this.
The Arc Length method was the one that got accepted but it used a weird way to get the diameter (or radius, I guess..?) for the feat.

It converted the accepted number of 1.594 meters of AS' sword + arm. Which is fine, but then follows up with this:

"I need to convert it back to pixels

It's 1325.48 pixels"

Which honestly left me confused. How did he converse it back and why did he even get such a large value in the first place? I've attempted to do the math myself and it's clear it's just the opposite of meters per pixel, pixels per meter, yet I feel like I'm either too dumb to find out or this is never specified.

My main question is: how the hell did he do the conversion? Is it implied somewhere, if so, where exactly?

Ugarik very likely pixel scaled the size of Atomic Samurai's sword in the panel itself, just forgetting to include the actual line. Doing it in his place got a blade length of 1334 pixels, which lines up to the 1325.48 pixels listed in the blog.

Thank you, I actually appreciate it!
