Oracle vs. Arceus

Dialga is gonna have a hard time killing Oracle because the latter is said to be unkillable in the past. However, I see nothing notable on the Oracle's profile indicating he touches Dialga, a Higher Dimensional existence; also, Dialga is Nigh-Omniscient, I think. Rather confusing to me, I'm sorry.

Except I actually didn't mean such a thing. Though I get that a certain level of Reality Manipulation in any form would be enough. Has the Oracle been shown or stated (solidly) to affect 4D beings, not just 3D-4D space?
 
Okay so I guess Higher Dimensional Manipulation is kinda just there already despite not officially listed on his profile.

Can he kill something nigh-omnipresent through the entirety of time, though?
 
Iirc Oracle has a Lavos-type thing going on, where it exists in an infinite number of universes. So Dialga doesn't have the range to affect every single Oracle, and would just get haxed.
 
Besides current storm calc standards, I rarely doubt Weekly's judgements here. The former is a whole other story, don't mind it :p
