Here, Oracle already knew that Phantom Assassin would come for him and she would have been there alive and well if Oracle didn't see something in her. He knew that Phantom Assassin would benefit him so instead, he convinced her to do some dirty work for him.

Enerjak is a higher-dimensional being and he corrupted Chaos Knuckles twice while a weaker Hyper Knuckles resists 2-A mindhax from Master Mogul.
