Well Boa Hancock has massive speed advantage Massively Hypersonic vs Orochimaru High Hypersonic, so you should probably equalized the speed, But i don't know if Orochimaru can fall in love or not. xD

Depends if Orochimaru would've affected by her devil fruit. He might be not affected considering him being the closest thing to assexual a man can be but if he could be affected then Boa wins via speed.

Boa wins, her haki should allow her to dodge all his attacks, and if he is caught in her DF-charm-power he loses even faster,

Boa with 85/100 fights because except for soul-change-jutsu and edo-tensei i dont see anyone being able to win ^_^

Well lets say he is like Luffy and he isn't attracted to Boa, that would mean her Charm and Mero Mero Merrow would have no effect, but Slave Arrow and Purfume Femur should still be able to turn him to stone, as the latter was able to turn a robot to stone and the former was able to turn canon balls to stone.

Unless you'd like to argue that Robots and Canon Balls can have sexualities. :V

Well since roger can even listen the sound of non living object such as stone, then yes that's was a possibility. :v
