Well it depends on who can pull the trigger faster, but I'd imagine Protege would have to copy and then attack with something, unless I'm mistaken, while Othinus can just go straightaway with cyclying through creation and destruction of multiple universes.

So does Protege if he is indeed copying her powers. Unless you somehow want to make the argument that he'll somehow turn it into 100%, which would likely take time even if so.
