If Endeavor knows not to touch him, he destroys him. Better range, flight, and the fact Overhaul is not even a trained fighter makes this easy

Not certain if this is a stomp, but in universe Endeavor knows who Chisaki is and his Quirk is public knowledge at this point.

Chisaki can only really take out Endeavor with his touch, since his attacks lack the AP to harm him. Yeah Chisaki can heal himself, but Endeavor's flames can do massive damage to people just as durable as Chisaki. A single Jet Burn to his head would likely kill him instantly, and a Prominence Burn would be game over.

That attack has enough AOE to vaporize Chisaki's entire body, and despite speed being equal, Chisaki still isn't very mobile in this state.

Endeavor should take this pretty easily via his flames, better mobility with flight, and superior ranged attacks.
