I made a blog detailing the cosmology of The Papercut Verse, it needs to be evaluated/approved.

The Void can likely be argued to be higher, but eh
Dara being 2-A is fine
The Library being low 1-C is okay
Though a few things of note

Urbs tempus

• Urbs tempus is stated to be a pocket dimension that houses "Tons of stars", since ton is a measurement of weight, Its impossible to try and find the actual size of this pocket dimension, but its at least pocketed within the Living World.

While tons don't only have to be used as a unit of weight but of (undefined) count, we do get told it is town-sized in the same scans you provided.
As discussed on discord the Living World and Underworld are separate timelines, not separate temporal axi, it doesn't change anything about the tiering, however.
