Exactly what i said... Who is that human who performed the faster than the human eyes can see speed? As far as i know no human has ever exceed 75 mph the fastest man I've heard is usain bolt who is just around 25 mph in speed while the fastest human punch I've heard is by Keith Liddell which is just around 45 in mph

Maybe they mean attack speed with weapons? Since those can range from 81mph to 101mph.
Mele weapons to be specific.

I don't think that's scale to their speed rather than speed i think it's physical strength feats

Oh, it's cuz I remember searching it up for Subsonic Kazuma lmao.
For Axe, swings speed go up to 81mph.
For sword swings (katana) it was 101mph as a guy sliced a football.
But I see. Mainly physical attacks well I don't really know tbh. I'll be watching!

It says that normal humans can't react to them. Not them being Subsonic. Also iirc, the whole moving faster than the eye was supposed to be removed for Subsonic

FTE was supposed to be removed from the Subsonic section. It's no longer a valid justification for subsonic speed on its own. I forgot which thread this was discussed though and how many staff agreed to it.
A side note, I vaguely remember some users claiming they can punch at 75 mph or whatever lol.
