Reality Warping comes from the fact Magic as a whole in The Elder Scrolls is the act of exerting your Will upon reality in order to manipulate it.

Time Manipulation is because he could cut whole months of the Elven calendar out of existence.

This is pretty random.

What are Pelinal's skill feats like? From your descriptions it doesn't seem like he can just RW the SoC to death immediately, so it may end up an actual fight. SoC is composed of, bare minimum, the soul of the Chosen Undead and as such everything it killed, Yhorm the Giant, an experienced ruler and warrior who was noted to destroy entire armies even while fighting in a suicidal manner, the The Abyss Watchers, an entire army, Great Lord Gwy, who could fight the Chosen Undead while greatly weakened and during life was superior to just about everyone else, and Aldrich, Devourer of Gods, who I can't think of anything notable for skillwise.

Without thinking about 1-A madness feat, his rage (not madness) cleaves the large swaths of land including cities and a month in Elven calendar from existence. This would mean he would BFR the entirety of lands in Dark Souls 3 if he is pissed that this DS boss keeps throwing him around physically.

Of course, he has way higher type of durability so puny physical attacks can't damage PELINEL.
