Penny vs Mifune

Well, I've never seen Penny have her wires cut and they seem powerful enough to withstand Mifune's consecutive sword strike, so I don't see how Mifune can overwhelm her or use his regular techniques effectively when his opponent has control over multiple swords at one instant (whereas he relies on terrain-type sword spamming). He also can't fire beams and likely has less stamina (if I remember my Soul Eater fights correctly). I think Penny should win.
That said, Mifune does have an experience advantage so I can understand votes the other way.
