Bruh... What am I doing with my life? Remember last time I said I'd only be helping with the verse up to Animator? Well, this verse has more to it than I thought.

Immortality Type:

Immortality Type 4 ([Not-combat appliances]; God told Peter that there is reincarnation <{Source: Are You There God? It's Me, Peter}>, Stewie's disappearance and rebirth into another family adds further evidence for this)

Immortality Type 7 (In Family Guy, anyone who dies becomes a spirit, and Peter is no exception {Source: Death Lives})
Possession, Passive Flight, Invisible (A ghost can possess another person's body <Source: Season 17 ep 10>, and is shown to be able to fly continuously{Source: Season 16 Ep 9}》 and become invisible to humans)

Upgrading Immortality Type 2 when Death isn't active to Immortality Type 5: It's very simple, when Death isn't active, no one can die, no matter what life-threatening things they do {Season 2 ep 6}). Essentially, they're not bound by death because it simply isn't working. We give Deadpool Immortality Type 5 for the same reason: the embodiment of death can't reach him. Of course, this should only apply when Death isn't active.

Equipment:
Soul Manipulation & Sealing via Proton pack (Capture and seal away the ghost of Adam West {Source: Season 18 ep 5})

Agree: @Vietthai96 (except Immortality Type 5, Soul Manipulation [Change to NPI], Assessing possible Immortality Type 4)
Neutral:
Disagree:

Is reincarnation inherrent ability for people or it is the verse system? The later does not count

Oke

That seems to situational to give the ability, Deadpool have it cause it is inherrent to him from what i can see, this however depend on other character

Soul Manipulation & Sealing via Proton pack (Capture and seal away the ghost of Adam West {Source: Season 18 ep 5})
I don't see soul hax, unless he literally pull Adam West soul out of his body, if he just pull the ghost of him who already exist in spirit state then it is at best Non-Physical Interact to Soul

Sealing is fine

That mean the ability is depend on other character, which we don't give ability out like that Deadpool ability is inherrent to him so we give him ability
As far as I know, Deadpool's Type 5 Immortality was apparently cursed by Thanos.

Well, that mean he was cursed, so it is still somewhat inherrent to him, via the curse, kind of like someone getting ability via being blessed
