Pretty clear cut, in multiple breakdowns, the act of pointing out who actually commited the crime creates a gust of wind that covers the entire courtroom, room revel?

2.- Courtroom shaking

Might be a cinematic thing, but multiple normal humans are seen being able to make the entire courtroom shake sightly by screaming or slamming with their hands.

3.-Not Phoenix, but, Oldbag has sound manipulation by screaming, which he can mildly resist by covering his ears.
