obviously 9-B weapons only (which is most weapons that Courier has)

soeed is equalized, they start one hundred meters away from each other, so outside of Phoenix's range but it's possible to cross the distance if given the opportunity.

Lets also say that Courier does, indeed, have a longer rnage rifle to use. A powerful weapon.

If the courier has a long range weapon they can pretty easily wreck Wright with VATS.

I say Fallout should get some better calcs before this goes on. Cause right now they sitting at whatever the standard explosive lays at due to lack of calcs. Also
