Photoshop Flowey little... upgrade?

Photoshop Flowey is able to change our stats and etc.

In the game, he make our HP 50 and changed our stats to unknown, well.

For example, if we come with LV 17, we will still have same stats and 50 HP.

So, will it make Information Manipulation more stronger and be useful in fights?
for example, nerfing opponents to his level or below that.

I’m pretty sure that is game mechanics. You can’t even see how much HP you have during the Photoshop Flowey fight, either.

Now, gonna discuss it.

Welp, that's not because when Flowey have 0 defences we always making a same damage whatever weapon we even have.
And still, Flowey did crashed our SAVE file so maybe that's the point.

I’m pretty sure that is game mechanics. You can’t even see how much HP you have during the Photoshop Flowey fight, either.

We still can use our defence armor and see that we die on same hits like always.

Flowey still kill us with equal hits even if we have ×4 multiplier HP (18LV or higher).

And we make same damage even if we have 2× ATK or higher.
