Piccolo vs Master Xehanort

Okay, but is it Xehanort or Terra-Xehanort?
Base Xehanort & Terra-Xehanort were able to fight on par with Aqua who had just recently taken down Ventus-Vanitas & I believe Xigbar. It's possible Aqua may have been low on stamina at the time, however.
Since Aqua beat Ventus-Vanitas, who had a complete X-Blade, so he should scale to this:

Supposedly, Twilight Xemnas is officially (according to Tetsuya Nomura) the strongest character in the series as of KH2, so Xehanort, whether he's Terra-Xehanort or not may not be stronger, but it's possible he is more powerful as of DDD.
Either way, Xehanort SHOULD be at least somewhat comparable to that feat through scaling; He matched Aqua who beat Ventus-Vanitas with the Complete X-Blade which should've been comparable to that feat.
According to the calc, there's 200 worlds restored, each of which accounts for AT LEAST a Planet, if not the Planet as well as at least one Star, since the majority of KH Worlds have a Day Night circle, which would require a sun (Which is a kind of star.) to orbit.
A single sun is baseline 4-C. Which is:
5.693 × 10^41 OR 569300000000000000000000000000000000000000 Joules.
Supposing each KH world's sun is comparable to ours, that's 200 of our suns. Technically, there's also a planet for each world -& given we've seen globes & in-game lore refers to the worlds as planets- we could do the math for the energy a few hundred Earth-like planets adds, but Earth is only 5-B, which I'm pretty sure is AT LEAST millions of times weaker than 4-C.
So....
569300000000000000000000000000000000000000 * 200 = 113860000000000000000000000000000000000000000 joules. ( 1.1386 × 10^44 )

....The closest feat High 4-C Dragon Ball characters scale to is Frieza's casual 5-A feat of utterly destroying Planet Vegeta, so they're mostly upscaled from baseline levels.
Piccolo might be decently somewhere into High 4-C after HTC Training.
The main quantified feat everyone in DBZ is upscaled from -alongside one another because progressively more powerful fighters- would be:
