I'd say piccolo wins this since he not only has Regenerationn, but most of vikemon's projectiles won't be able to hit Piccolo. The homing missile that vikemon has can be destroyed by a ki blast, and Piccolo can use duplicate himself to distract vikemon while he charges up the special beam cannon to finish him off.
