Pidgey vs Deku

Since I don't know Deku, I checked his VS profile.

After analyzing the data of both and your comment about not starting at 100%, I think that Pidgey wins thanks to his attacks and that Deku's air handling attack is "1x effective" against Pidgey.

My vote is for the Kanto's bird.
 
I think I made this when Deku actually had 8-A as his max output, the movie changed that so this really can't be added.
