Should all normal pokemon get mystery dungeon iq skills?

I only see some of them get it,like the Azumarill page.

IIRC, there was some decision to remove IQ Skills because of some canon hierarchy & Pokemon Mystery Dungeon being a bit different from other Pokemon settings. Unless there was some debunk of that verdict -Was there?- the I.Q. Skills are probably still present because people haven't gotten to removing them from profiles.

Mystery Dungeon is currently considered canon, but not all pages have it because:
Only Pokemon prior to gen 5 have access to IQ skills (since IQ skills aren't a thing from Gates of Infinity onwards)
Some Pokemon pages are badly made (ongoing issue)

Yeah. Sylveon can have Eevee's IQ skills ig. Alolan/Galarian forms shouldn't get IQ skills tho.

Well, Sylveon didn't exist in the games where Eevee with IQ Skills existed, right? So, are we able to conclude Eevee in those settings could become Sylveon?

We treat gen 4 Eevee and gen 6 Eevee as the same "Eevee". So retroactively, Eevee could evolve into Sylveon.
