Well the Tapu's are above the pokemon on their respective islands unless Kommo-o is a special case in which I doubt.

And if thats the case it could be referring to those weird totem Pokemon.

I doubt the island guardians are weaker than the native island non-legendary pokemon.

I'm not sure since regular Pokemon being superior to legendaries isn't a rare case.

Yeah the Guardians most likely scale to the local Pokémon.

Which would include Diglett.

Hey guys, i was just looking around and saw that Shauntal's Chandelure fought against one of the Forces of Nature (Tornadus, Thundurus, or Landorus, dont know which one). Would this only scale to here Chandelure? And would we only include it in her profile or should it be included on Chandelure's profile as well?
