That is only 2B, it has many meanings and in almost everything it is very vague if there is no answer.

example if a character destroys the universe and it increases its size without end would only be a very high 3A but it would not be high 3A (but dmc was the verse with high 3A higher in the wiki) since it has no realistic statements that it is infinite
