This is pretty straightforward so I won't spare many words.
On the Toeiverse anime's version of Planet Namek's explosion, it is shown that the blast encompassed multiple hundreds, if not thousands of light years. While this is a pretty self-explanatory feat, I recognize that it's an outlier.
This isn't the feat that I'm proposing be accepted, but rather another one, heavily related to it; the fact that Final Form Freeza, while heavily weakened and without any energy, near-death, cut in half, and, after the former three, being hit point-blank by Goku's Super Kamehameha and blown away, survived this explosion without taking literally any extra damage than he had after the fight with Goku.
Taking the fact that the explosion originated from the center of the planet and then spread out into account, and applying the Inverse Square Law, Freeza's feat of tanking the blast would certainly be much lower than the 4-A result, due to the center of the planet being >6000km away from the surface, while still being likely very decently into 4-B.
They are already 4-B via raw multipliers, but this would give them an actual feat to scale to, as opposed to just stacking Kaioken. Since power-levels are non-linear in the series, and a 2x increase in power can sometimes mean multi-tier jumps, and the fact that it fits the linear power progression extremely well (5-A > Low 4-C > High 4-C > 4-B > 4-A > 3-C), it is literally impossible to argue that this is an outlier. In fact, one could even argue for "At least 4-B", considering the multiple layers of "a shadow away from dying" Freeza was on when he tanked this blast with no extra damage.
