As I've said, I think the best thing to do at the moment is start everything from scratch and recalculate all old and potentially useful feats.

My interpretation is that Surtur knows that his final attack is going to destroy not only Asgard, but also himself, so he only uses it in that one situation. I mean, it makes more sense than to assume that he tanked the explosion and then died for no reason
And tbf it's pretty consistent at this point, it makes sense that a High 6-C attack is something that none of the top tiers can tank

One last thing, is it possible to calc the KE of Prime Surtur swinging his sword, I mean I've seen characters smaller than Surtur giving City Level KE, so this could be interesting.

I doubt it reaches 7-c (Id atleast need a clac to buy it) Tearing down trees isn't an overly impressive feat, doing so over a mile again doubt its that impressive.

It's not on it's own, but it's a shockwave, which means it's a lot more powerfull while concentrated. The second method in the calc gets me Low 7-C for exemple.
