Midler was nearly crushed Jotaro with High Priestess' teeth, and Jotaro has 8-B dura

Wouldn't this give Midler a City Block level AP for (nearly) crushing Jotaro?

Pretty sure Jotaro was considered with Street level or higher durability at the time, until his Durability became City Block level for taking The Word punches.
