This would buff the super 5, Sho, EoS Teru, and EoS Ritsu. Maybe Gas Mask guy too. Depending on what kind of results it got I guess.

What’s supposed to be impressive about it? He only kicked up a few clouds of dust with direct hits, then the one that hit TeleportGuy bounced him off the ground and some minor rubble into the air. That’s already below what some of the Claw members did in season 1.

It's toppling buildings, although we don't get to see them fall.

Those buildings were already toppled and destroyed from the Claw’s fodder army of espers— the Claw members in the red tracksuits. They already destroyed most of the city before this fight.
