I don't know if this should be added or not, but there's an old cartoon known as "The inspector" from the 1960's. I think character profiles for the Inspector and possibly Officer Deux Deux should be added. They do have feats such as toon force and durability

Assuming the inspector is about 50-55 kg only (52.5 kg median) (because of short size but is still a human, adult male), I used this (https://www.angio.net/personal/climb/speed.html) to calculate that the fall he took was from 176.5 meters high, Taking 6 seconds to fall. The impact was about 90809 joules (or roughly 98 kilojoules, used this to convert it to about 8.17 tons) Plus the gun that was shooting him inside the trash can, The inspector is about High 8-C when it comes to durability.
