Would this count as Breaking the Fourth Wall? As the Mephisto pauses the scene to be closer to the reader and begins talking to the reader and thinks they will meet again. EDITED: It's not Plot Manipulation it's just resistances to it.

Mephisto can have Kusco powers, yes, but it's not plot maniputation as he doesn't manipulate the plot in any way. It's Breaking the Fourth Wall and limited Time Stop. Can you make all those images into an album in imgur?

Some narcissistic emperor from Peru who had 1 pretty good movie and a show in disney that afair was also good, in the latter he repeatedly pauses the setting to talk to the audience in the very same fashion Mephisto is doing here. He could do that in the movie too but the show portrays it as an actual power he can do.

Thinking it better it's not limited time stop, it could be but it could also be that he went outside the setting/comic and that had everything not moving via perspective, and not time being stopped (which is fitting as he could only watch the place and come back to it in the same pose and situation as he started his trick). In a very less likely way, he could have also used a form of Status Effect Inducement.

So it's just Breaking the Fourth Wall or some use of Reality Warping, it should be added as the former. I can added it tomorrow after having his profile unlocked. Mephisto (Marvel Comics)
