Well, postal dude has range advantage, thanks to having a big arsenal and multiple homing atack weapons, also statistic amplification and other powers like regen ande selfie healing

But the goat win in hax, most of them can drag him to a single spot, help her dodge his atacks, distract him with flying dead goats etc, but the most important is time stop z if It decides to use It, Pilgor wins

I votee Pilgor, It sheer arsenal is strange and variable enough toe overwhel postal dude untile It decidem to use time stop
 
Both can survive a gas explosion, but while the Postal Dude will lost some health the little goat apparently is harmless by such attack

With this and the RA i would assume the fight would be like a Coyote and Road Runner cartoon: Postal Dude would give his everything to ******* kill the goat, would fail miserably and eventually kill himself with a shotgun (But most probably with a crack pipe)

Vote counted, although do keep in mind that the Dude has his fair share of dura negating weapons like the W.M.D.
