There is only a dead signal; she check the channel from the captain to each member of the crew until she finds the last one.
She notices a message: "HELP!" and a blurry photo showing someone pointing a gun at him. He and everyone else have probably already been killed

"Hey doc...so about the others, this is what I got when trying contact, whoever or whatever might have killed them...is lurking around my area likely as well...or will do so..."
