Are we sure 2-C isn't an outlier? Considering the multi-timeline bust is a single feat among the thousands of feats throughout Pre-Crisis Supes' history, we must be far more wary of inconsistencies than usual.

I honestly think "At least Low 2C, likely 2C" is more consistent.

I mean it was originally a 2-A feat that we decided down to 2-C in the first place. It was also because it scaled below most of his other enemies and characters like Darkseid and Mordru who were already 2-C in the first place.

Well, the story in question did not mention or imply infinite timelines, but I think that the current rating seems fine, yes.
