Hm, actually, just to say, Peach has literally destroyed boos a times..Super Princess Peach King Boo's battle says hello lol.

Also, Peach has Pure Water, an item that basically one-shots souls/ghosts that are around her level or weaker than her (if Pure Water is used against a stronger being than Peach, then, Pure Water has little chance of damage).

Because of Pure Water, this fight is unfair honestly. Peach stomps.

She can, but Pure Water acts instantly, while Morrigan has to move faster than Peach and thenattack her with Soul hax.

And just saying, if Peach activates weapons like Superstar or the potions from LOTSS, she become MUCH faster than Morrigan.

From what i actually heard, it's not like Morrigan can destroy souls from existence without physical contact (which is what Pure Water does).

I may be wrong though. If i'm wrong, then it's kind of an inconclusive fight

For the record, there's a thing called a Catch Card in Super Paper Mario, which is stated to have captured the soul of those who's on it.

All of the main cast from that game has a card of them and are still walking around.

If Morrigan can kill souls without contact, then yeah, Peach and Morrigan use their soul destroying hax and basically kill each other.

If Morrigan wants to kill a soul and needs physical contact, then Pure Water would be the faster the way to kill someone's soul, and Peach wins in this case.
