Proof?

The page for Skylanders puts out claims of characters being MHS or Sub Rela or Town level, I'd just like to know where these claims came from, but there's no proof and there's only one Skylanders page, Lightning Rod, I'm very confused about this.

Thunderstorm are normally High 7-C and natural lightning is MHS+.

I wouldn't call what Lightning Rod makes thunderstorms. They're more like just clouds and even then, why would everyone scale to it? And why is there only one page?
