Shifuto has a 1. Something x AP advantage but Genos has a lot better range game but he doesn't always use it well considering... All his fights really. He usually gets close and gets rekt. And even if he played rangegame, Shifuto could teleport over to punch him that way.

Shifuto's a bit better of a fighter hand to hand too so I'm betting Puff beats Cyborg
