Fair enough. I knew nothing about Suzuya and heard they had relatively equal stats and iq so i voted incon.
Now though, i feel Suzuya can win so i'll vote for her

I mean, this is under the impression Quanxi is literally mindless.. which she isn't. The moment she sees a stat difference, give me one reason why she wouldn't immediately transform and blitz. Not only is that in character but she's under the influence of SBA (anything to win). She isn't gonna get pummeled and stand there.

She begins all her fights in her base form and switches to it when the opponent proves to be a serious threat. Suzuya has enough skill and strength to kill her with a single blow before she can change form.

After 2 or 3 hits from, an opponent 4x stronger, has 31 Thousand times her LS amd reacts 2.5 times faster than her... there's literally nothing she can do, especially when considered her opponent apparently has superior skill. You literally explained why she would transform almost immediately and now you're trying to say she just doesn't.

Suzuya has enough skill and strength to kill her with a single blow before she can change form.

This argument is hysterically disingenuous and foolish. A 4x AP difference is the difference between a athletic human and a regular guy, and is half of what it requires to one shot your opponent. Quanxi has more than enough time to transform and blitz after realizing in like 5 seconds of the fight that she's completely outmatches IN ALL CATEGORIES. The arguments aren't very compelling when it's literally finding everyway for Quanxi not to do anything to her opponent and allow herself to get merked, when she has a major easy wincon that overturns the battle. And if your argument is outlasting, she has crazy stamina as a devil anyway so everything said is null.

Unfortunately, if her primary win condition is speedblitz, the match cannot be added due to speed equalization rules.
If character B is initially slower than character A, but wins the match due to a speed amp that gives them a speed advantage they didn't initially have, it's considered invalid.

And even then, she has High-Mid Regeneration. Which is noted to recover from Decapitation. She can't do it repeatedly and consistently because of the need of blood. But after a single Decapitation and recovery, she's transforming.

People with equal AP can kill each other with a single blow with weapons due to the area of contact, so he could easily decapitate her.
Her regeneration extends to her combat form. After Makima decapitated her, Quanxi was eliminated from the fight.
