Question about creating universes and life from nonexistence

So we all know how common it is for a series to have a god/gods to bring everything into existence, and I was wondering what our standards are on what abilities a creator deity could get for doing this.

As an example, if life was simply nonexistent before a god created all life forms, in addition to life manipulation would we say the god also have soul manipulation since souls logically wouldn't exist without life first (Assuming the god isn't from one of those series where souls or some equivalent explicitly existed before life began)? Would forming the universe from nonexistence automatically give the god gravity or physics manipulation?

ive thought about this before and im not sure, would they automatically get law manip? concept manip? basically every manipulation is a part of a universe

We list it as creation Creation.
In case of creation of large and varied objects, such as planets, galaxies and universes, one should just list creation as ability without listing separate abilities for each created object. For example, while creation of a galaxy likely includes creation of black holes, Black Hole Creation should not be listed separately. An exception to that would be if the object in question is of particular relevance to the characters fighting style, i.e. if the character for instance launches black holes at his opponents.

Ah ok, really weird that the only exception to our rule of not listing those abilities separately is if they use them in combat because we list abilites that aren't relevant to a characters fight style all the time

It is varies depend on how the feat was present. Generally it is creation, but it also have Concept Creation or Law Creation if said feat is more detail about those things

I was more so wondering if they get Spatial Manipulation and Space-Time Manipulation if they create Universes/Space-Time Continuums out of nothing like that, or if they physically create it in general.
