Can a 3D ability affect a 3D character who has 4D durability, if they don’t have any resistance to that ability?​

For example:​

A 3D character use Existence eraser to B 3D character who has 4D durability, that mean A can erase B because B doesn’t have resistance to EE​

Because the difference between Low 2-C and everyone below it is uncountably infinite. Basically B has very strong durability.

depends on what the ability is. Abilities like fire manip or water manip obv can't

But if the ability is non -physical, like CM or LM, yeah

existence erasure is assumed to ignore durability, so also yes
