So Info Type 2 is defined as
While this is fine and good, the Regeneration page has thisFundamental: These characters can manipulate information that serves as a fundamental building block of reality. This information is shown to compose reality similar to how data underlies a video game world, code defines the rules of a simulation or in a fashion equally fundamental to these examples. This may allow characters to rewrite the world to their whims, often by programming it much like they would a virtual reality. The ability can come on many levels of potency. The possible uses range from being the mechanism behind mundane magical abilities to rewriting information to change reality, causality or the laws of nature.
Now, most people would see this as "Oh, Someone's fundamental information also serves as the building block of reality", But there are verses like Xenoblade Chronicles and Samurai 8 have Info type 2 for being a singular person's information and not a building block of reality. So this leads me to ask some questionsHigh-Godly: The ability to regenerate after the erasure of body, mind, soul, and at least one other fundamental aspect of a character's existence. Such an aspect could be their place in the narrative, their history, their information (Type 2), their concept, et cetera.
- What exactly is someone's "fundamental information"
- What makes someone's fundamental information differ from something like a soul, essence or type 3 concept
- Follow up to the last question, what makes this information more abstract
