Question about Poseidon's rating

This is a quote from SS Vol 18. Page 148. There are a couple of things I dont see in context:

1)It isnt stated anywhere to be his full power.

2)This is said by a surprised Seiya so I dont know how reliable the statement is.

So I have doubts on this rating. This is not a CRT because I believe there must be information Im lacking or misinterpreting and thus Im asking for help. And I dont know if encompassing means the same as destroying, it sounds like range to me, the guys can sense cosmos from very far away.

Im not doubting that Poseidon is 3-A or anything, but the justification could be improved, I guess.

Poseidon's Mainstay Pillar. In the original Japanese version it is stated to be capable of enduring the destruction of the universe. Viz Media removed it.

Oh, In my translation it wasnt mentioned either. Then could you change Poseidon's justification to "superior to the combined might of Seiya, Hyoga and Shiryu, who coulf destroy the mainstay Pillar, which is stated to be capable of enduring universal destruction"?

I think its more simple and easy to understand than him being 3-A for encompassing the universe?

Due to Seiya's reaction, Poseidon's feat of "encompassing the universe" is probably related to his destructive capacity.

Not related, but Saori could also encompass the whole universe with her cosmos.
