Question about R>F difference

So there is this Void which vews Multiverse as "A disk-shaped island".

And then this same void is like a droplet of potential in a magical void described as stretching infinitely.

Is this R>F?

No, instead there is a qualitative transcendence but to be sure the degree of disparity should be uncountable infinity between the two objects in question.

If the multiverse is infinite then I can see the void being low 1-C (5-D) and magical void being 6-D due to uncountably infinite differences.

The Multiverse's tier or the Void's tier dosen't really matter here, only if it's a transcendence.
