Is restoring one's eyesight High-Low?

I think it is low regen? Maybe depends on how hard your eyes got hurt, goku gt has low overtime for this.

But for this specifically, it doesn't look like regen, being retaught to see sounds weird, what caused his blindness?

He basically fought his alternate reality counterpart and burnt out his eyes in the process.

I see but how did that happen in the fight, was it a attack like a laser vision, fire, light or something? Or did his get like, overloaded for some reason and stopped working.

So i from what i understand, he hit his counterpart eyes with laser vision, which in turn burned his eyes only showing spots permanentely? Like, their damage transfers to each other or using laser vision for too long harms his own ryes.

I believe it is low regen then.
