Question about Sea King's (OPM) Regen

Currently the Sea King has Mid level regen and I'm not sure why? I'll admit it's been a bit since I read that part of the manga but IIRC Sea King died to Saitama blowing a hole in his chest which also seemed to cause signifigant internal damage through out the rest of his body, and I don't remember him regening anything near decapitation or severe brain damage. Is Sea King's current regen rating a little wanked or did I forget something?

He did regen his face twice after getting it messed up by PPP and Genos.That's about all I can remember. He also did mention that any damage he had taken from Genos was already healed up by being in the rain iirc.

Regening ones face would only be like High-Low though, right? Nowhere near Mid.

Low mid is regenerating vital organs or entire limbs. Healing disfigurement of the face but not the brain probably doesn't qualify.

Sea King's regen should probably be Mid-Low going by the extent of the damage he took during the fight.

Mid-low is only healing scars isn't it? I think there was a point where he had his face punched in to the point that his teeth became exposed through his flesh. That seems like it would be a higher rating.

Genos punched him in the face, creating a hole through his cheek making his teeth visible. And also deformed it a little.
