Question About Speed Feat

This feat is a bit unclear.

In this feat, the Head Witch's vacuum can travel from one "realm" (Panel 1) to another. In the second instance that she does this (Panels 4 & 5), she seems to do it in seconds. We see her traveling across a great many planets and stars (Panel 2) but I'm not sure how to quantify the distance. Can anyone help with this? And what would be done for Sabrina managing to push the Head Witch out of the way of it's charge (Panel 5)?

If it also helps, here's a scan of someone who travels between realms being described as "Interdimensional".

It would be dimensional travel, and the speed of them traveling through planets and stars is something that can be calculated; not not sure how else to interpret that without further information.
