Question, does post-Magicant Ness defeat Monado III Shulk through hax?

I'm having an argument on YouTube with a guy who is constantly stating that Shulk is immune to Brainshock and PK Flash, and he is omnipresent (I still don't know where he got that from), while Shulk only resists possession and not mind manipulation on his page, and PK Flash is incapacitation and not instant death.
I know there's a tier difference, but does Ness' hax let him beat Shulk? Or is Shulk actually just that broken?

Erm, well that question should be left unknown until revisions for both of them are completed. Then we can start talking about this.

Yeah, some of those details are out of context; no idea where Shulk being omnipresent; Ness is. Shulk just has Omnipresent wide Cosmic awareness if that's what people where claiming. But both characters are under revisions yes.
