Question on how high this cosmology would scale

The lowest heaven is an uncountably infinite-dimensional structure.
The middle is transcendent of the lowest heaven and has no time, space, or structure.
The highest heaven we know of is transcendent of the last one and is stated to be a void and the highest realm.

Also, every world is more real than the last, but some worlds are points and planes, suggesting that there is every possible dimensional structure even before the 2nd heaven.

However, there are hints of an even higher structure.

So, the 3rd heaven is H1-B+, and the combination of the 3rd heaven and everything below it should be L1-A. But we get to the 2nd heaven, which sounds like it should be 1-A, and I'm assuming the same for the highest heaven or 1-A+, because there isn't enough to prove H1-A for the highest heaven.

It does not looks like they are talking about spatial dimensions but more dimensions in in the generic sense.

means nothing tier low 1C at best

means nothing being a void gives no tier on its own.

High 1B at best.

High 1B at best.
The author clarified that he’s talking about spatial-temporal dimensions as well as just regular old spatial dimensions. Also, the void is accompanied by the statement of no time, space, or structure.
