If you mean The Other, he is a powerful totemic spider-deity. He just take Kaine as his host in the image. He once took control of Peter in the past.

So, both of them should stay on the profile.

I don't know if that makes Solus a 4-B character, maybe just a 4-B absorber, because he doens't make any damage to Cosmic Spider-Man with his physicals attacks, and absorbs Cosmic Spider-Man's life force before he could do his strongest attack so we don't know if he could tank it, I think. One of the Inheritors also defeat Genis Vell, but only by absorbing mosth of his life force, not fighting with him physicaly, maybe the same here. It's what I think about it. Of course, I could miss something and be wrong about this

He gained Enigma Force after he killed Cosmic Spider-Man and absorbed his powers, so he is 4-B after that.

And The Other later killed Solus.
