why is the Hulk buster High 5-A for scaling from word war hulk, when WWH is 4-B ? also why is the prime armor high 5-A? in the profile it's said to be able to restrain Hyperion, so it should be 4-B, so why is it not ?

Because WWH is 4-B at full power, the High 5-A feat which scales to Red She Hulk was from casual WWH, so it scales to Hulkbuster who fought heldback Hulk.
